To become a member of the FM GROUP you can registere online or to sign a distribution form with your Sponsor. The original copy of the contract needs to be sent to our FM GROUP office. These distribution forms are available from your sponsor or at the FM GROUP office.

GENERAL RULES OF JOINING THE FM GROUP

To become a distributor of the FM GROUP an application must be submitted.
A person becomes a distributor of the FM GROUP from the moment the application is submitted.
FM GROUP membership is free and there is no annual fee.
A "Recipient" Membership allows to purchase the products for the personal use at the discounted member price and does not required purchasing of the Starter Kit. A "recipient Member can become A Distributor at any time in the future.
A "Distributor" Membership allows to purchase products for personal and business use. FM GROUP distributor need to order a starter kit of his/hers choice as a necessary tool for present the FM GROUP products and opportunity.
The FM GROUP distributor runs a business under their own name and account as an independent entrepreneur.
A distributor of the FM GROUP is not an employee or an agent of the FM GROUP Australia. Therefore he is not authorized to involve in any activities in the name or on behalf of the FM GROUP Australia, in particular to make any commitments in the name or on behalf of the FM GROUP Australia.
A distributor of the FM GROUP is not an employee or an agent of his /her sponsor.
A distributor of the FM GROUP is forbiden from taking advantage of the distribution network of the FM GROUP Australia for selling perfumes of other brands. Moreover he is not allowed to engage in marketing activities for the benefit of other perfume companies or disseminate information that maybe harmful to the FM GROUP Australia.
The FM GROUP Australia is an administrator of a database containing personal details of all incorporated FM GROUP distributors. FM GROUP Australia processes personal details and all data necessary for settlement and cooperation with the FM GROUP Australia.
Each FM GROUP member is entitled to inspect his own data and to apply for the data update.
FM GROUP rules pending on the FM GROUP distributors:

adherence to general rules that are binding on the FM GROUP distributors.
prompt collection and payment for ordered product. In case of failure to collect ordered goods-bearing consequences.

The FM GROUP Australia reserves the right to impose the following sanctions on a distributor who breaks the rules established by the FM GROUP Australia, or does not fulfill the undertaken obligations, which have been described above:

taking away the right to sponsor new distributors
temporary suspension of the distributor agreement causing a loss of the on purchased discount FM GROUP products and a loss of the right to get bonuses and rebates.
permanently revoking the agreement and removing distributor’s name from the database.

A distributor of the FM GROUP Australia is free to cancel their agreement with the FM GROUP at any time by submitting an appropriate application in writing.
To be entitled to receive network bonus a distributor is required to purchase the FM GROUP products of minimum 34.42 points per month.
A distributor is obligated to sell products at catalogue prices.
Membership cancelled on distributors request can not be renewed before 6 months from the cancellation date.
In case of the FM GROUP distributor’s death their ID number and all profits from their structure activity can be inherited by their family member.
